We're trying to test an application that uses content negotiation (see, e.g.,
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/1.3/content-negotiation.html) to decide which
language to display; for instance, an HTTP request with the header

  Accept-Language: de

is answered with a page in German. As far as I can tell, though, there is
currently no possibility to set HTTP request headers in a MaxQ script. (The
HttpMethod class that is used by HttpTestCase does provide methods to manipulate
the headers, but the HttpTestCase methods construct new HttpMethod objects for
each request, without any possibility for the user to change these before the
request takes place.)
