This happens with the IE Version 6.0.2800.1106

When calling a site with resources (the needs some resources for examle .css
or .js Files) the doEndTransaction callback is not called for every request.

In your code i found the following fragment in
com.bitmechanic.maxq.RequestHandler:

                        } catch (SocketException e) {
                            // This will happen if the user cancels. We do not
                            // want it to interrupt the MaxQ GUI because it
happens
                            // frequently, particularly when the user click on
                            // another link before the current page finishes
loading
                            log.info("browser stopped listening: "
                                     +e.getMessage());
                            throw new Utils.SilentException();

When commenting the throw statement it works a better but not perfect.

I still observed the manually request not to call the end transaction callback.
As not calling doEndTransaction happens when ignoring the response I think it
has to happen here somewhere. I think the do EndTransaction callback has to be
invoked even if the response is ignored, so that all that should be done after
the request can be done.
