Message I finally got my CVS to connect to maxq.tigris.org (still not quite
sure why it was not working before). Better late then never I guess
:o)

Anyhow, I still have this change, and would still like to contribute it.

At one point I found something that listed out what the steps are that
should be followed to test a change. I can't find it now, but would
like to run through those steps before committing this change. Does
anyone know what I am talking about and where I could find that?

Thanks
