Message Rob,

All these errors are Java failing to find classes in java.util.logging,
the standard Java logging interface. Strangely, they are not even in
MaxQ code; they are within the Apache Jakarta logging that we
distribute with MaxQ in a JAR. I'm sorry, but I don't have a clue why.
  Perhaps the classpath in bin/maxq.bat is stuffed, but in that case I
think the errors would be different.
