Message As of fairly recently, strings in scripts are quoted like this:

  self.currentParams.add(NameValuePair('''id''', '''38'''))

The benefit of this triple quoting is that backslashes are rarely
needed within strings. Personally I find all the extra quotation marks
distracting and would prefer to use the old system:

  self.currentParams.add(NameValuePair('id', '38'))

escaped with backslashes as necessary. (I think that previously we did
not use backslashes properly, but a call into the Jython code can get
it to do this for us.)

My question is this: how do you think maxq should quote? Options are:

1. Single quoting.
2. Triple quoting.
3. User configurable, but default to one of the above.

Votes?

    Oliver
